MINISTERIO DA EDUCACAO, CIENCIA E INOVACAO is represented in the project by the Escola Artística do Conservatório de Música do Porto (EACMP) is a public school specializing in Specialized Artistic Music Education (EAEM), forming part of Portugal’s distinct sector of conservatories and artistic schools. Governed by national legislation, EACMP serves 1,000+ students across primary and secondary education, offering integrated, supplementary, and articulated attendance regimes. EACMP’s General Education Curricular Departments support the integrated regime, ensuring alignment with public education standards. With extensive experience in multinational and Erasmus+ projects, EACMP actively integrates STEAM education, emphasizing the arts. Partnerships with Porto City Council and the University of Porto enhance student learning in Sciences, Environment, Chemistry, and Music, and the Eco-Schools program further supports sustainability initiatives. EACMP also offers a Master’s in Supervision of Educational Activities and provides inclusive education support through EMAEI. EACMP has participated in multiple STEAM projects, such as The Next Step (connecting arts and sciences), How Special Are Your Needs (STEAM solutions for special education), and L-STEAM (learning science through performing arts).

Role: EACMP will mainly be involved in the implementation activities acting as the practical school for the project (WP5). Will also contribute to all the WPs providing feedback as well as organising dissemination activities.
